1. Fully responsible for the technical direction research and overall planning of the entire platform system, and supporting the formulation of the company’s technology development strategy;
2. Lead the technical center to complete tasks related to products, architecture, research and development, and design, ensuring the company’s R&D progress;
3. Responsible for organizing the review, acceptance, and confirmation of conclusions during the stage of new product development;
4. Organize and coordinate technical resource support, cooperate with relevant business modules to complete work tasks;
5. Participate in the company’s market promotion and marketing strategy development, provide relevant technical solutions or decision support suggestions;
6. Promote efficient and innovative research mechanisms within the team.
Job requirements.
1. Doctoral degree, major in engineering;
2. More than 5 years of experience in R&D team management, with priority given to experience in industries such as smart home and new energy;
3. Strong communication skills, ability to identify and solve problems, adaptability, innovative spirit, and team spirit;
4. Understand the development and trends of the R&D industry, and possess rich R&D experience.
